Finalise Offer / Pick Up Balance

Service Description

Woohoo so we're ready to roll. So you've accepted our offer and are ready to finalise everything? Well please just make a time with us so we can check off the items we're taking/not taking.Most customers are happy to finalise offers over email, however, it looks like you have some items to pick up too. Either bring in the signed form completed with your bank details, or simply come in to complete it. We have limited storage in our boutique, so we ask customers to collect their items as soon as possible. Our policy is that after 14 days, if we don't hear from you, we will donate your uncollected items to our local charity. Please bring along a bag as we don't generally have spares to hand out.
